Adjacent to the kitchen is the open plan living dining room with floor to ceiling picture window and patio doors leading to a fly screen room.

The fly screen room is a lovely addition to the house, from which you have wonderful views of the terraced and planted garden to the front of the property. Also equipped with a retractable privacy screen, this has possibly been one of the most utilised rooms in the house.

Moving back inside to the hallway there is the master bedroom with doors opening on to the fly screen room and en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and basin.

The master bedroom is not currently used as a bedroom but will accommodate a king size bed or two singles as neighbouring properties have shown.
Alternatively, this room could be utilised as a dining room, second living room or office / craft room, which we have also seen being done in neighbouring properties over the years.

From the solarium there are more amazing mountain views towards Mojácar to the east moving past Sierra Cabrera to the south and to the sun set over Bédar. The solarium benefitting wooden pergola, water and electricity points is another area that offers excellent space for entertaining or simply relaxing.

Externally, the aforementioned gardens wrap around two sides of the house and have a variety of trees and shrubs. There is also as a paved area for a pergola covered seating or dining area alongside the stone BBQ.

Also part of the property is a pergola covered car port that gives shade for one vehicle and part ownership of the communal swimming pool and gardens.

The property benefits air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, gas powered hot water, security grills to the main entrance door and some windows and fibre optic internet connection.

The Los Rosales urbanization is a 10 minute walk from the town of Los Gallardos where there are bars and restaurants, 2 banks, medical centre, dentist, clothes shops, beauticians, three small supermarkets, bakeries, butcher, fishmonger and a weekly street market offering a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The beaches of Mojácar, Garrucha and Vera are only 15 minutes drive away and the A7/E15 is close making travelling times to Almería, Murcia and Alicante airports 45, 80 and 120 minutes respectively.

Golfers have a varied selection of courses to choose from in the area including Marina Playa on the coast, the Arizona style course at Desert Springs and the Valle del Este with 4* Hotel & Spa just a few kilometres away.

Walking, bowls and craft clubs are also plentiful; as are health, fitness and wellbeing ones with running, cycling and swimming clubs plus yoga and fitness classes with some taking place on the beaches of Mojácar and Vera. There is always something that you can get involved with should you wish to.

It may sound impossible but skiing in the morning and being on the beach in the afternoon is possible, if you want to try it, as the Sierra Nevada ski resort is only 2½ hours away and in recent years has grown in popularity with some of the best snowfalls in Europe in late winter / early spring.

Los Gallardos is a popular destination for the Spanish and tourists alike for the annual Three Kings celebration and re-enactment in January and also the grand 5 day & night fiesta held in July. The village has received considerable funding through more recent years to build a new health centre, school, sports facilities and theatre / cultural centre.
