A travelling baker makes daily deliveries to the village as do other service providers at varying intervals including a butcher, fishmonger, water and bottled gas.

Larger villages such as Los Gallardos and Sorbas are 13km and 18km away respectively and the beaches of Garrucha and Mojácar are a 25 to 30 minute drive. The airports of Almería and Murica (San Javier) have 40 and 90 minutes transfer times.
