Although not currently operating as a Naturist Business, due to the location and privacy that it has, it could easily be used for naturist clients.

The main property is built over two floors with the ground floor being split between the owner’s private living accommodation to the left and the guest reception, lounge and dining room to the right. The first floor, accessed from the reception area, comprises 4 en suite bedrooms and a self contained studio apartment with private terrace.

Externally there are large terraces & BBQ, a pool area with 12 x 7 meter swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a lounge area with changing room facilities.

Beyond the property, terraces, pool and parking areas you have breathtaking views of the land that surrounds it all. Planted mainly with almond trees but also including olive, the land is tended by a local farmer and the harvests are shared.

The building project was very detailed and the services installed appear to be what the British would term as “belt & braces” meaning a double insurance against things going wrong.

The electric and water are on mains service and there are also solar panels. As a backup there is a 5kw generator that is fed from the oil tank that also powers the radiator central heating system that is installed throughout the property. The generator can be activated from the house in the event of a power failure.

In the boiler room / pump house there is a 1,000 litre oil tank and as a backup should there be a water failure there is an 8,000 litre water deposit. As a final backup for hot water there is an immersion heater.

The water supply has a softener system and is pump pressured giving excellent tap pressure for showers and the central heating is also pump driven by a separate pump. The installation was overseen by a marine engineer and attention to detail was impeccable.

All rooms have radiators, fly screens and shutters to the windows. There is Spanish and English television connections and internet works well throughout each room and on the terrace.

The business has been operating for approximately 10 years although currently only on a part time basis due to the current owner’s other commitments. The sale would include everything for the business to run from Day 1 for the new owners and a handover period would be possible.

The town of Vélez Rubio is a 10 minute drive or for the more adventurous a 4km walk. In the town you will find a variety of bars and restaurants as well as all day-to-day amenities including a weekly street market. A larger shopping mall is in Lorca at 30 minutes.

A drive to the coastal town of Aguilas takes approximately one hour and Granada and the Sierra Nevada skiing slopes are reachable within 2 hours.

Airport transfers to Almería and Murcia (San Javier) are 90 minutes with a third option of Alicante just 15 minutes more.
