The property has been well maintained and decorated. All of the original pine wood doors and architraves have been updated in a more contemporary colour, a new high security uPVC main entrance door has been installed, both the living room and master bedroom have air conditioning, ceiling fans are fitted throughout and there are mosquito screens to most doors and windows.

Within a 5 minute walk you can be on the beach along which there is a selection of bars and restaurants. The larger Parque Comercial shopping centre and Mercadona supermarket are an even shorter walk. Along the Paseo there is a wide choice of eateries and tapas bars and public transport operates along the full length of Mojácar and on to Garrucha and Vera Playa.
