The property sits centrally on the part fenced 10,000m² plot with the water tank at the top to give gravity feed and the remainder sloping down to the rambla below. Being on rustic land, no permissions would be given to make new buildings or dig a swimming pool but the fall of the land does lend itself to having an “above ground” pool that could appear to be below ground however there is sufficient level ground to put an above ground pool or Jaquzzi.

The nearest Hamlet is Los Lopez at 2½km and village of Santa María de Nieva at 7km. The towns of Huércal Overa to the south and Vélez Rubio to the north are approximately 30 minutes drive away.
