Located on the Los Alamos urbanization, one of the smallest on Valle del Este, the 2 bedroom 3 bathroom duplex is presented more as a home than simply rental accommodation.

The duplex has been furnished and decorated to a high standard and benefits wonderful views of the communal swimming pool and 12th green.

The ground floor of the property comprises an entrance hall; fully fitted kitchen; guest w.c. / third bathroom; and an open plan air conditioned lounge dining room with patio doors leading to a pergola covered terrace furnished with dining table and chairs, garden and the communal pool and grounds.

The lounge is comfortable furnished with an L shape kid leather sofa, storage units, flat screen television with free to air UK & European channels and radio stations, and a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. The dining area has a circular glass top table and seating for 4 people.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. The master double bedroom has views of the golf course and its bathroom has shower, toilet, bidet and basin; whilst the second bedroom with twin single beds has country views and a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin.

Accessed via an internal staircase there is a roof top solarium suitable for private sunbathing.

Los Alamos is a secure gated development with only 12 properties and it therefore enjoys more peace and tranquillity than some of its larger neighbouring communities which is ideal in and around the freeform swimming pool.

This is an ideal location for anyone looking for a restful holiday or lifestyle with the option of participating in the local culture and activities that are only a short drive away.

On Valle del Este there is a commercial centre with two restaurants that open throughout the year; one being “Triana” a Spanish owned restaurant and tapas bar, and the second being the “Hole In One” bar that caters on a more British menu and has a pool table and evening entertainment in higher season.

There is also a small supermarket and hairdressers in the commercial centre and during the summer season more “Chiringuito” style bars open.

The nearest town to Valle del Este is Vera, a busy business town with a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants as well as the weekly Saturday street market; one of the largest in the area.

Other local towns worth a visit include Mojácar, where history says Walt Disney was born. Here you will find the beach resort with kilometres of beaches, bars and restaurants; and then going inland a little and up the mountain you find the “Pueblo” or old town with its narrow white washed streets and its panoramic viewing platform.

Add to your list Garrucha, a traditional fishing town; inland towns such as Bédar; the Spaghetti Western locations of Sorbas and you haven’t even scratched the surface of this amazing area of Andalucía.

Valle del Este is located off junction 529 of the A7/E15 motorway, the arterial road through Spain making airport transfers 50 minutes to Almería, 80 minutes to Murcia and 2 hours to Alicante.

A full welcome pack is provided detailing different areas and attractions. All bed linen and towels including beach towels are also provided and changed on a weekly basis.
